Hamilton's Victoria Bridge at night
Recently we were out at night and were returning home after a meal out when we passed under the Victoria Bridge, and were delighted to see it lit up, looking quite beautiful. I was lucky that I just happened to have my camera with me and was able to get a few photos. Unfortunately my skills at adjusting the camera for such shots were confused so I figured that if I let the camera sort it out on automatic I should get some good photos. Sadly it was not to be, as can be seen from the lower photo, which is blurred and apparently out of focus. But the closer photo at the top wasn't quite so bad.
Anyhow, I hope that these two pictures give an idea of what the Victoria Bridge looks like at night.
Just some information - the Victoria Bridge is one of the main bridges in Hamilton and often features in some of my photos of the Waikato River.

Night photography can be very difficult but you did a fine job of this very colourful bridge.
I think those two photos are really good. I like the way the bridge is lit up at night to make the most of the shape.... you did very well!

it seemed too easy for this long Neit beautiful bridge with the lights to photograph. Yet your first picture best out well because I see the green and blue light still many details
